Chief Director

My name is Cody Duncan, and I live in Moorhead, Minnesota, with my wife of 29 years, Dixie. I have served as the Midwest Deaf Men’s Retreat Chairman since 2019 and have been actively involved with the Deaf Holy Spirit Conference (DHSC) since 2020. In 2023, I had the honor of hosting the DHSC in Stewartville, Minnesota, and I continue to serve on the committee. Over the years, I have also had the privilege of speaking at several churches across the United States.

When I’m not ministering, I oversee the building of truss trailers. Outside of work, I cherish spending time with my five daughters, two grandsons, and their families, who live in different states—a blessing that allows me to travel the country to visit them. I also enjoy hunting elk in my home state of Montana, as well as turkey and whitetail deer in Minnesota.
