Board of Directors

  • John A Folker.

    Advisor

  • Scott Steggs

    Chairperson

Greetings in Jesus' name, I am honored and privileged to serve as a board member for Deaf Holy Spirit Christian Ministries. I accept the duty to care for, preserve, and lead this magnificent organization into the future that God has planned for us. I firmly believe with all of my heart that God has placed this DHSCM to make a difference in the  regions, as well as our future generations. I pray that you will open your heart to His presence, get to know Him intimately, and walk with Him on a regular basis.

I'm also very happy to be married to Stacy Steggs, my wife. We each have three beautiful daughters who are all married to their husbands and live independently. As you know, we live in the Houston area and pastor a beautiful church.

  • Timothy Tran

    Vice Chairperson

Reverend Timothy Tran, also known as "TimFire," has served as the pastor of Messiah Deaf Church in California for eight years. He devotedly accepted Jesus Christ as his Savior in 1994. With 31 years of experience as a worship leader, he remains committed to his role as God's ambassador, focused on spreading the gospel worldwide.

  • Nancy Crane

    Secretary

My name is Nancy Crane from Minnesota.  I retired after serving Deaf, Hard of Hearing, and DeafBlind for 25 years. I served as a DHH specialist with Minnesota State Department of Human Services for 18 years.  Prior to that, I was a Special Education teacher for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing students in Thief River Falls and Wadena Public Schools respectively for several years.

When I was a student at Gallaudet University in Washington, D.C., I accepted Christ as my personal Savior in 1973 after reading a story about a conversation between Nicodemus and Jesus Christ (John 3: 1-5).  It’s always been a huge blessing to see what God has done for us.  God is always faithful to all of us.

  • Diane Fahley

    Treasurer

My name is Diane Fahley.   I was originally from Iowa, and I am currently residing in Minneapolis, Minnesota.  I graduated from Iowa School for the Deaf.  I attended Bible College that provided a Deaf program in Minneapolis.  After I got married, I was employed at various jobs, beginning as a library clerk at the college to my last employment as a deaf church bookkeeper.

For more than 10 years, I serve as a treasurer for the Minnesota Deaf Campers and the Deaf Women Fellowship.

When I first learned about Deaf Holy Spirit Conference (DHSC), Cody Duncan, who was the host for DHSC, asked me if I would do registration during DHSC 2023 Retreat in Minnesota and I accepted.  From then on, I had been led unexpectantly by God to serve as a new treasurer for the Deaf Holy Spirit Christian Ministries (DHSCM). I believe it was God’s purpose for me to accept the responsibility as the treasurer of DHSCM as well as being called to serve God’s people.

  • Nancy Prudhomme

    Spirit Care

I'm Nancy Prudhomme, the Assistant Pastor and Prophetess, working with Rev. Timothy Tran, known as "Tim-Fire," of Messiah Deaf Church in California. I've been married to a wonderful husband for 12 years, and we have one beautiful son.

For 6 years, I have served at these churches: Messiah Deaf Church, located in Madera and Modesto, California.

I will always cherish the moment on November 22, 2015, when I was born again and fell deeply in love with Jesus Christ as my personal Savior.

Reflecting on the past decade, I recognize it as a journey filled with ups and downs. For the last six years, I have embraced my calling as a prophetess and leader, guided by His unwavering hand in my life.

I have dedicated my life to serving my Lord, for His will is unwavering and unstoppable. I am deeply grateful to God for appointing me as His ambassador, enabling me to reach out to diverse communities and share His glorious messages worldwide. My purpose is to spread His truth throughout the world, powerfully touching the hearts of many who seek Him.
